SOLIDBLANK LTD (“we”, “us”) operates the Blushly mobile app. We are a company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

These Terms of Use apply when you use Blushly. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Blushly.

For App Store downloads, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What Blushly is

Blushly is a photo editor for your selfies. Filters (film looks and adjustments) are free and work on your device. Trends uses AI to restyle a photo you choose and requires a subscription.

Your account

You can use Blushly without an email or password. We create a pseudonymous account so your purchases and credits can be linked to you. If you reinstall the app, use Restore purchases to bring your subscription and credit packs back.

Subscriptions and credits

Blushly offers weekly auto-renewing subscriptions:

Each AI photo uses one credit. Daily credits reset at midnight UTC and do not roll over to the next day.

Subscribers can also buy credit packs. Pack credits do not expire, are used after the day’s credits are gone, and can be used while you have an active subscription.

A new subscriber may be offered a reduced price for the first week. Each Apple ID can receive that introductory price once per subscription group. The paywall always shows the price, the length of any introductory period and the price that applies after it, before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically at the full price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If an AI request fails, its credit is returned automatically. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law.

Your photos and acceptable use

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission. You must not use Blushly to:

Some requests are refused by our AI provider’s safety systems; refused requests do not use a credit. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

AI results

AI photos are generated automatically. Results can differ from what you expect and may not always look exactly like you. Before sharing, make sure a result is not misleading about who or where you are. You are responsible for how you use and share the images you create.

Intellectual property

Blushly, its design, styles and original content belong to SOLIDBLANK LTD. You keep your rights in the photos you upload and in the images you create with the app, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rights of anyone shown in them. You give us a limited licence to process your photos only as needed to provide the feature you use.

Liability

Blushly is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for how AI results look, for how you use them, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
